New Generation of Optimal Canon G11

Body: Viewed from bodinya, the PowerShot G11 is included as a pocket camera. However, the G11 is not the usual pocket camera. With its features, targeted for photographers semiprofesional G11. Because more focused on performance and features a camera, G11 body made slightly larger than a pocket camera in its class.

Feature and Operation: the PowerShot G11 is equipped with many features highend. Compared to the G10, Canon reduce the resolution of 14.7 Megapixel cameras to 10 Megapixel. With this step, the G11 image quality becomes better. Sized 3.0-inch LCD screen can be drawn from the body and rotated. Very helpful for shooting from difficult positions. G11 also comes with a choice of RAW-format images.
Color Correction: Color shift under artificial light can be improved with manual white balance.

Image Quality: With a lower resolution camera, G11 can work more perfect. Noise that appears at high ISO can be suppressed. Noise at ISO 800 low. Pictures taken with ISO 1600 can still be used. What remains to prop up the G11 is the quality of the lenses. G11 lens used to produce sharp images, but it has barrel distortion and vignetting is quite annoying.

Speed: the PowerShot G11 has a shutter lag of 0.46 seconds. For pocket digital camera, is quite fast. By using the mode »Quick Shot«, where you will work with the viewfinder, shutter lag will be approximately 0.15 seconds.

Batteries: Battery performance is very good. 230-2000 can be used to conduct the shooting.

Affordable price, wide angle lens, low noise, strong battery.
- For semiprofesional, weakness only in the velocity.
